This policy explains what personal data Renovel collects when you use renovel.ae, contact us, or become a client, and what we do with it. We process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect
- Enquiry details you send through our quote forms, WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, phone number, email address, property location and a description of the work you want.
- Project information if you become a client: site measurements, photographs of your property, drawings and building approval documents needed to carry out the work.
- Usage data collected automatically through Google Analytics: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and the referring site. This is aggregated and does not identify you by name.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To plan, deliver and invoice work you have engaged us for, including preparing permit applications on your behalf where the scope requires them.
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for marketing lists unless you have asked us to keep you informed.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to do the work: our own tradespeople and subcontractors, suppliers preparing materials for your project, and building management or government authorities when we submit approvals on your behalf. Quote form submissions are forwarded to our team through a Telegram notification and a WhatsApp redirect, so those providers process the message in transit. Analytics data is processed by Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to 12 months. Client project records are kept for the life of any warranty we have given plus the period required by UAE commercial record-keeping rules.
Cookies
The site sets Google Analytics cookies to measure traffic. It does not set advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to contact us.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we no longer need it to fulfil a contract or meet a legal obligation. Write to info@renovel.ae and we will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
