These terms apply to the use of this website and to the services Renovel provides. A signed quotation or contract for a specific project takes precedence over these general terms where the two differ.

Website content

Prices, timelines and cost ranges published on this site are guidance based on typical Dubai projects at the time of writing. They are not an offer. The price for your project is the one stated in your written quotation, which is prepared after a survey of the property.

Quotations

Quotations are itemised and fixed for the scope they describe. Work outside that scope, or conditions discovered once work starts that could not be seen at survey, is priced as a written variation and agreed before it is carried out. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. VAT at 5 percent is added to all prices.

Building approvals

Where a project needs a building or community NOC or a Dubai Municipality permit, we prepare and submit the application on your behalf when the quotation says so. Authority fees and refundable deposits charged by the building or developer are payable by the client and are not included in our price unless listed. Approval timelines are set by the authority and are outside our control.

Payment

Payment is made in stages tied to the project milestones set out in the quotation. Made-to-measure furniture is manufactured to order and the deposit for it is not refundable once production has started.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for confirming they have the right to carry out the work at the property, for providing access during the agreed working hours, and for clearing personal belongings from work areas unless a packing service has been agreed.

Warranty and liability

Workmanship and manufactured items carry the written warranty stated in the quotation. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work concerned. We are not liable for defects arising from the existing structure or services of the property that were not part of our scope.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dubai.
